MEMORANDUM
TO: City Council

SUBJ: APPOINTMENT TO THE HOUSING AUTHORITY
As required by State law (State of California Health and Safety
Code, Sections 34200 et seq. ) , the Mayor is required to recommend
appointments to the Housing Authority.
After discussion with George Moylan, Executive Director of the
Housing Authority, and review of all Housing Authority
applications, on file, I am pleased to recommend the reappointment
of Donald O'Connor for a four-year term expiring on 3/31/94.
If you have any questions, please call. Mr. O'Connor's application
is attached.
