CAO RECOMMENDATION: Appoint Patricia Martin and reappoint Jack Dewar and Jim McBride to full terms on Advisory Committee on Joint Recreational Use of School District Property commencing on April 1, 1990 and forward to SLCUSD Board of Trustees for concurrence. BACKGROUND: The Advisory Committee on Joint Recreational Use of School District Property (JUC) is a technical committee which advises the City of SLO and SLCUSD on uses and development of school district property for recreational purposes. Currently, there are three vacancies, two which are reappointed. A screening committee met on February 20th to review applications and interview candidates. Recommendations of the committee are to: 1) . Reappoint Jack Dewar and Jim McBride to full terms on the JUC. 2) . Appoint Patricia Martin to fill remaining vacancy for a full term. Upon council approval, candidates names are to be forwarded to SLCUSD Board of Trustees for concurrence. RECOMMENDATION: Appoint Patricia Martin and reappoint Jack Dewar and Jim McBride to full terms on Advisory Committee on Joint Recreationsl Use of School District Property commencing on April 1, 1990 and forward to SLCUSD Board of Trustees for concurrence.
