specifications, authorize staff to advertise for bids, and
authorize CAO to award contract within engineer's estimate as
recommended.

Consideration of amending Chapter 10.64.040 of the Municipal
Code to allow 100 of fines and forfeitures paid to the City
to be deposited into the "parking fund, " effective 7/1/90, in
order to correct a short-fall for the present parking program.
RECOMMENDATION: Introduce ordinance to print amending Section
10. 64.040 of the Municipal Code as recommended.
