To fill the vacancy created by this resignation, the Council Subcommittee (Pinard/Roalman) recommends the appointment of Carole Hansen, a former HRC member, to fill an unexpired term ending 3/31/92 . I have enjoyed working with all of you and found this Commission to be both rewarding and challenging. Unfortunately, my own life is running at such a pace that I feel I have neglected my duties as a Commissioner and I do not foresee being able to - adequately fulfill my obligations in the near future. I would like to thank the Council , the Staff and the Commission for their diligence and thinking on the important issues that have come before us .
