MEMORANDUM
TO: Council Colleagues
FROM: Mayor Dunin
SUBJECT: COUNCIL SUBCOMMITTEE TO ELEC nON CAMPAIGN REGULATIONS
I would like to request at the June 12 meeting under communications that Council concur with
me in appointing Penny and myself to serve as the Council Liaison Subcommittee to the Election
Campaign Regulations Committee.
The Subcommittee will be for the purpose of nominating and recommending to the full Council
five persons who will serve on this advisory body. As you may remember, the election regulations
do not require review until January 1991 but as Pam stated in her review, she would like to
convene the committee earlier due to the many legislative amendments made since the election
regulations last review. Pam and Jeff will act as staff.
