SUBJECT: Architectural Review Meeting of March 19, 1990
Mrs. Shirley Walker has requested that the City Council continue
consideration of her appeal of the Planning Commission's decision
to deny the use permit she applied for to allow a reduced street
yard for a proposed carport (Use Permit A 40-90) . The appeal is
included on the Council's June 5th agenda. Mrs. Walker will be out
of the country and requests that her appeal be continued until the
June 19th Council meeting.
Planning staff does not object to the request for a continuance.
