B2.TEMPORARY COUNCIL LIAISON SUBCOMMITTEE ASSIGNMENTS 2013 . (MARX/KENNEDY GRIMES — 10 MINUTES ) RECOMMENDATION : Approve temporary Council Liaison Subcommittee Assignment s to fill the vacant assignments left by Council Member Carter's resignation . B3.UPDATE OF THE CITY'S FLAG POLICY .(CODRON — 30 MINUTES ) RECOMMENDATION : Approve an updated flag policy and direct the City Manager to implement the approved changes . COUNCIL LIAISON REPORTS (not to exceed 15 minutes ) Council Members report on conferences or other City activities . Time limit—3 minutes . COMMUNICATIONS (not to exceed 15 minutes ) At this time, any Council Member or the City Manager may ask a question for clarification, make a n announcement, or report briefly on his or her activities .
