JACK HOUSE ADVISORY COMMITTEE
REGULAR MEETING CANCELLED
NOTICE is hereby given that the regularly scheduled Jack House Advisory Committee meeting of
August 14, 2013, has been cancelled due to a lack of a quorum.
The next scheduled meeting of the Jack House Committee is September 11, 2013. Regular
notification will be posted and the agenda for the meeting will be made available at the Parks &
Recreation Department office, 1341 Nipomo Street and on the City's website at www.slocity.org.
AFFIDAVIT OF POSTING
I, Shelly Stanwyck, declare as follows:
That the above referenced meeting was canceled as indicated; and
That a copy of this Notice of Cancellation was posted at a conspicuous place near the door of the
room at which the above - referenced meeting was to be held within 24 hours of said cancellation.
I declare under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct.
