MODIFICATION TO CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS FOR 2013
RECOMMENDATION
Cancel the Regular City Council Meeting of Tuesday, June 4,2013, and at the conclusion of the
Regular City Council Meeting of May 2I,2013 adjourn to a Regular City Council Meeting on
Monday, June 17, 2013 at 6:00 pm.
DISCUSSION
During the Council meeting of April 9, 2013, Mayor Mam proposed the cancellation of the
Tuesday, June 4, 2013 meeting. The remaining Council Members were in concurrence; therefore
this matter is being brought to the Council for formal action.
The items previously scheduled for this meeting will be rescheduled to subsequent Council
Meeting dates.
ALTERNATIVE
Council could decide not to cancel this meeting.
