Comounicatio# of Fred Champlain offering to convey to the City free of charge, the necessary right of way.. privileges, across his property, for the proposed sewer extension, onClthe line from the intersection of Breek :3 and Fairview Streets to Osgood Street. read.. Moved by P.A.H. Arata and seconded by -J. C. Hill that the same.be accepted with.thanks, by the Council, and be placed on file. Motion carried. Communication of H. L. Kemper, and resolution passed by unanimous vote of the Board of Education, requesting the Council to pass an ordinance prohibiting children under the age of fifteen years, from attending bowling alleys, and other places of public amusements, between the hours of 8:30 o "clock and daylight, unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian. On motion of J. C. Hill angseconded by A. Lu& -essa that the Board of Education be.notified to appear at next regular meeting of the Council, in regard to the above matter. Motion carried. Communication of J.H. Mathews et al; requesting that the Council condem all bituminuous sidewalk, on upper Marsh Street, in order that all a^ sidewalks willbof uniform width and construction. On motion of A..Luohessa and seconded by J. C. Hill that the communication of J.H.. Mathews et al be placed on file. Motion carried. Applications for cement sidewalk and curbing were read as follows. Application of R. C. good for restaurant liquors license, read. and on motion of J. C. Hill and seconded by Geo. Hansen was laid over the usual time for investigation. Motion carried. Report of City Collector read, and motion of P.A.H. Arata and secondedb by A.
