On motion of J. C. Hill and seconded by A. Luchessa the above permits
were granted.

On motion of'A. Luchessa, seconded by P.A. H. Arata the permits for sidewalks
and curbing were granted.
Application for license to conduct Rooming house 753 Marsh St.:by Mrs
F. D. Yudd. On motion of Geo. Hansen and seconded by P.A.H. Arata.
the above application was laid over the usual time for investigation.
Application of Roberts Bros. for license to conduct- aSkating Rink
on Corner of Higuera and Nipoma Streets laid over from Previous.meeting,
read and on motion of P. A.H. Arata seconded by A. Luchessa was granted.
Application of J. Silverman for license to conduct Pool Tables at
1815 Osos Street laid over from previous N.ieeting for investigation, read.
Moved by J. C. Hill and seconded by P.A.H. Arata thatr.ther. -above
license be granted. Motion carried.
The following resolution was offered by P.A.H. Arata and moved for
its adoption, seconded by A. Lu3,hessa.
RESOLVED, that this Council hereb; T offer tb the Goldtree Water System
for the use of ther main and service pipes now used in supplydng water to
consumers on the North Westerly side of the S. P. R.R.:right of Tray, ( the
water to be supplied..to such consumers,by the City ) the sum of $2.50 per
quarter, and in addition thereto one half of the water rates collected from
such consumers. Said service to be looked after end maintained by
the City of San Luis Obispo, it bein& understood that said Goldtree Water

System shall not supply crater from thier system to any consumers other than

residents of what is known as Terrace Hill provided that after the residents
of Terrace Hill have been supplied, said Goldtree Water System may deliver
water to other consumers.
It is understood that on termination of this agreement the rights of
the respective parties shall stand as ip now isist$_

This agreement to remain in force for the term of one year from April
1st, 1913.
The foregoing resolution was adopted by the following vote.
