Council met in regular session, Present Councilmen: A. Luchessa, P.A.H: Arata,
Geo..Eansen, J.C. Hill. Mayor A. McAlister. Noes: None, Absent : None.
Minutes of the preceding meetings read. Moved by J.C. Hill and
seconded by P.A.H. ^:rata that the same be adopted as read. Motion carried
by the following vote. Ayes: A.Luchessa, P.A.H.-Arata, Geo. Hansen, J.C:
Hill, Noes: none, Absent : Bone.
Application of the Sherry Flour Company to construct cement sidewalk =n
for a distwr.ce of 4o feet in front of thier'property in Bloc1,23. reade
On motion of J. C. Hill'and seconded by A. Luchessa the aboce application
was #ranted.
Liar. Paul M. Gregg appears before the Council in behalf ofrithe California
vD Polytechnic School Decennial Committee asking that tha Council allow them $250.00
for thier Decennial Celebration in June, 1913o
moved by A. Luchessa-, seconded by P.A.H. Arate that $250.00 be transferred
from the Administration Fund to the Mayors Fund. Motion carried and so ordered.
Thereupon the Mayor ordered that the sum of $'250.00 be allowed the Calif-
ornia Decennial Committee for thier June Celebration.
Reports of various officers were read and orderer: placed on file.
Moved by P.A.H. 4sata and seconded by J. C. Hill that the following
licenses be cancelled and the City "Collector be credited for the same,

Moved by A. Luchessa seconded by J.C. Hill that the the above
hermits be granted. Motion ca cried .
Moved by Geo. Hansen and seconded by J.C, Hill that the terms
da �i 4&J of:.the agreement between the City of San Luis Obispo and the Goldtree Water
System, in the mater of the supplying the residents of Terrace Hill with
mater be accepted.
Moved by J.C. Hill and seconded bybGeo, Hansen that Claim No. 4481
for the sum of p835.00 be paid, r:s per agreement dated March 17th, 1913.
to the American Rubber Manufaturing Company as payment for 1000 feet of
Cracker Jack Fire Hose. Motion carried by the following vote.
