Loved by Geo. Hansen and seconded by s1 .C. Hill that the same be adopted
and passed to print. Hotion carried tUdthe f.oll owing vote. Ayes: A.Luuhessa,
P.A.H, Arata, Geo. Hansen, Noes: J.C. Hill, Absent None.
Moved by P.A.H. Arata and seconded by Geo. Hansen that the Bond of T.A.
Notton as Mayor be approved. Motion carried by the following vote.
Ayes: A.Luchessa, P.A.H.Arata, Geo.Hansen J.C.Hill, Noes: none ,Absent, None.
On motion duly seconded Coumcil adjourns.

Council met in special session at call of the Mayor as follows.
Service of same duly admitted .
I, 'the undersigned Mayor of.the City of San Luis Obispm hereby call
a special meeting, of the Council of said City; to be held at the
City Hall of said City on the 29th day of April, 1913 at 10 o'clock A.M.
To receive and consider applications and transfers for wholesale,
and retail liquor licenses.

Receipt of the within notice received three hours before the
time of said meeting. Signed, A .Luchessa, P.A.H. Arata. J.C. Hill.
Application and transfer of the Wholesale and retail liquor license
now held by Hogan and Beck to Shelby and Miller read.
On motion of J.C. Hill seconded by P.A.H. Arata that the same be laid over the
usual time for investigation. Elation carried.
