Coumcil met in, regular session. Present Coumcilmen, A. Luchessa,J. C. Hill,
Geo. H. Andrews, Elayor T. A. Norton. Absent Dick Sanders.
Minutes of the preceding mettings read. Moved by A. L4chessa,
seconded by Gea. H. Andrews that same be adopted as read. Hotion carried and
somordered.
Communication from the United Ancient Order of the Druids asking that the
Mayor make the welcome address at thi-er celebration on June the l6th,calso that
the Council join in the parade the
On motion of J. C. Hill, seconded by A. Luchessa the same was placed
on file, and the Clerk was instructed to write an acceptance of same.

property owners nearby, and asking that the Council investigate the matter
and see if anything can be done to abate the same .

possibel convenience. Motion carried and so ordered.
Petition of Thos. Barrett et al askin l that the license granted to
Roberts Bros, to conduct a skating rink, not be renewed, and stating that ag
t ~;ar_y have been injured by falling whi le skating, and that the same is
is a menace to the public., road.

for Public Concerts During the Session of the Druids in the City of San Luis ibis
San Luis Obispo.
BE IT ESOLV ;D, that one hundred dnd' twenty -fide dollars be
appropriated from the general Fund of the City of ;an Luis Obispo
to provide for public concerts during the session of the Grand Lodge
of Druids in said City during the week commencing June 16th, 1913;
that a warrant for such amount be drarm in favor` of barren L. Joann
for such purpose.
