Council met at special call of the Mayor, for the purpose set forth in
the following call, service of which has been duly admitted by the Council -
men, to wit:

To the Lilember of the Council of the Cite of San Luis Obispo;
You mill hereby take notice that I hereby call a special meeting of the
Council of the City of San Luis Obispo, to be held at the City Hall in said
City, on the loth day of July, 19132 at 41o'clock P. LI., for the purpose of
considering, and acting upon a proposition for the purchase of pipe to conduct
the mater of the Laguna Lake into the Ftity of San Luis Obispo,and for the
purpose of authorizing and ent6ring into a contract for the rental, or the
purchase, of such pipe an& for a consideration and tram action of such other
business as may come before the meeting.

specified therein for such meeting:

Agreement between the Producers Transportation Company and the
City of pan Luis Obispo, stating the the City shall.pay to thei, Producers
Trans»or,tation Company "10.00 as--monthly -rental for a term of .four month
for the use of 8" pipe, to reach from the Laguna Lake to the City water mains,
and that on of before the expiration of time specified the City would replace
new pipe -of equal quality.
