the proaeding meetings read. Moved by Geo. H. Andrews,
C. Hill that the above minutes be adopted as read,
and so ordered.
Communication of Mary C. Rowan pretesting against replacing sidewalk

in front of her property in front of Lots 1 and 2 Block 104.
Moved by J.C. Hill, seconded by.Geo. H. Andrews that the samo be
referred to the Commissioner of Public Works. Motion carried.
Application of Jas Scettrini to transfer his liquor business from
856 Monterey Street to Cor. of Morro and Church S#reets, and Santa
Barbara Avenue, in Block B of the Graham Subs.
Moved by J. C. Hill,-seconded by-Geo. H. Andrews that the same
be rejected. Motion carried by the following vote.
