On motion of Dick Sanders seconded by A. Luchessa, was
finally passed by the following vote.
Ayes: A. Luchessa, J..C. Hill, Geo. H. Andrews, Dick Sand ere,
Noes: none Absent: none.

Obispo, was offered by Dick Sanders and moved its adoption,
seconded by Geo. H. Andrews, and adopted by the following vote.

The reading of the Minutes was dispensed of.
Communication.of the Board of Education asking the Council
to assist in abating the nuisance of trespassers after night
at the Nipoma Street School, and if found necessary to place
lights about the school grounds.
Moved by Dick Sanders, seconded by A. Luc essa that
the matter be referred to the Commissioner of Public Health
and safety. Motion carried.
Communication of J. H.'Mclntyre et al asking that the
Council enforce the construction of the remaining walks on
Marsh Street which have not already been constructed.°
Moved by Geo. H. Andrews, seconded by J. C. Hill °
that the matter be referred to the Commiss ioner of Public
Corks. Motion carried.
