Andrews, Dick Sanders, Mayor T. A. Norton. Minutes of the preceding meetings read. Moved by Geoe ,H. Andrews, seconddd by A. Luchessa, the same ba accepted as read. Application of S. R. Call to ispairacenentrsddewalk on North side of Monterey Street between Morro and Chorro Streets in front of props#? in Block 14. On motion of A. Luchessa seconddd by Geo. H. Andrews the foregoing application was granted, Application of Nick Di.mas.for Restaurant and Restaurant liquor license laid over from previous meeting for investigation came up.for.final action. Moved by,J. C.:Hill seconded by Dick Sanders that the same be granted. Motion carried and so ordered. Application Vat transfer of Restaurant license from Chas. Pedrizzetti to John Pedrizzetti also application for same read. Moved by J. C. Hill seamnded by Dick Sanders that the same be laid over the usual time for investigation. Applicafrion and application for transfer of IIc:easU8- fbxp tBowling Alley and Cigars as a aide- line,issued to W. F. Northup to J. A. Hamilton and W, J. Warnock. Moved by J,.C. Hill seconded by Geo. H. Andr ews that the same be laid over six days for investigation as per Ordinance. Petibton of Property Owners ancl-residents asking that immediate action be taken in the matter of the present condition of the sewer farm and 31sposal Grounds also a Committee represented by Geo. W. Long and L. A. Enos addressed the Council in the above matter, asking that immediate. attention be given the matter. Moved by Geo. H. Andrews seconded by A. Luchessa, \ that a Committe be appointed by the Mayor for the purpose of solving the problem of a betterment in the present Serer. diaposai bfspewakesrthisdsame to act in conjunction with the Committe appointed by the residents and property owners in the vicinity of the Sewer'Farm.
