Council met in special session at call of the
Mayor as set forth in the fallowing call.
To the Council of the City of San Luis Obispo,
and to the members thereof:
I the undersigned Mayor of the City of San Luis
Obispo, do hereby call a special meeting of the Council
of said City, to be held at -the City Hall of said City
at 11 o'clock A-No Wednesdays July 15th, 1914.,for the
following purpose to wit:
To accept Contract and Bonds of the Boardman
Construction Company for the construction of the
Reinforced Concrete Girder Bridge on Nipoma Street,
and any other business in connection with same.

Service of the the above notice duly admitted
three hours before the time set for the above mentioned.

Mayor T.A. Norton, Absent: A. Luchessa, Dick Sanders.
Contract between the City of San Luis Obispo,
and the Boardman Construction for the construction
of the Nipoms Street Bridge, read.
Moved by Geo. H. Andrews, seconded by J.C. Hill,
that the Mayor be directed to execute same in behalf
of the City of San Luis Obispo.
Also Bonds were furnised v,ith the stational gurety
as surieties
Company,,,One for the construction of the Bridge over
' San Luis Obispo, Creek over Nipoms Street in the sum
of Thirteen Hundred and Sixteen Dollars, for the faith-
ful performance off same, and one in the sum of Twenty-
, .
Six Hundred and Thitjry -One Dollars insuring payments on
materials or supplies or labor furnished for the construct-
ion of said fvidgeo
Motion earried by the following vote.

A. Luchesed, Dick Sanders.
Moved by Aeo. H. -Andrews , seconded by J.C. Hill
that Bonds for same be approved, Motion carried by
the following vote. Ayes: d.C: iS 33y .C�ed H. Andrews,
T.A. Norton. Does. none, $bsent: A= achessa, Dick
Sanders.
On motion duly seconded Council adjournso
