Ordinance ISO. 09 l New Series? and Ordinance A mending Ordinance Noe
128 and Ordinance Relatitgntotthe Regulation and Licensing of Selling
and Furnishing of Spiritous, Vinoiis and Halt liquors in the City of
San Luis Obispog was offered by J.C. Hill and moved that the same
be passed to print, seconded by Dick Sanders.
Motion carried by the following vote :. Ayes: A. Luchessa. J.O, Hill,
Geo. H. Andrews, Dick Sander's, Hoes: None, Absent: S.A.Torton.
On motion duly seconded Council a jour to meet Monday , August
10th, 1914 at 7.30 O c_:ock P.Ho

Application of A. J. Regan to erect Fire Wall
between His property and Property belonging to the Carissa
Cattle Company.
Mr: A. J. Regan also appeared before the Council
explaining that his reason for erecting firewall was due to
the exposures existing by the erection of building of the
Carrisa Cattle Company, the windows of same being considered
exposures and increasing the rate of his insurance. 1
loved by Geo. H. Andrews seconded by Dick Sanders
that the same be granted, Hotion carried by the following
vote. Ayes: A. Luchessa, Geo. H. Andrews, Dick Sanders.
Noes: J.C. Hill, Absent : None.
Application of A J. Regan toerect tamk.ffouse in
rear of property in Block 10, read.
Moved by Dick Sanders, seconded by Geo. H. Andrews,
that the same be referred.to the Fire Chief for investigation
with power to grant application if found satisfactory.

Petition of Geo. Hansen to erect gasoline pump in front
of proprtrty of Manuel R. Vierra in Block 8, also pe tition
of various property - Owners in the near vicinity praying that
the same be granted.,
