Thomas of the Federal Engineering Company, Thomas ..& Post to come up at his earliest poosible convenience, as the Council desires to consult hime regarding the Idipoma Street Bridge, mr.•J. A. Dunbar appeared before the Council in behalf of the Odd Fellows, asking permission to erect temporarily tents on the Llitchell Block and to.put up banners throughout the City during the week of thier Grand Encampment, beginning October, 5th, 1914. Moved by Geo. H. Andreas, seconded by J. C. Hill that the permission asked for be granted* motion carried. On motion duly seconded Council adjourns. City Clerk.
