City Hall, L' 4onday�,September 6th, 1914-- at 7.30 o'clock
Council met in regular session. Present: Councilmen: A. Luchessa, J.C.
Hill, Geo. H' Aid &revs, Dick Sanders, Hayor, T.A. Nortone
Llinutes of the preceding meetings were dispensed v:ith
until next regular meeting.
Communication of the State Highway Commission asking that
the Council take some action in the pavement of the Street to connect
with the Highway through the City.
Loved by J.C. Hill, seconded by Geo. H. Andrews that the
above matter be referred to the Commissioner of Public corks.
Comr_+unication of P.A. H. Arata and H.H. Carpenter offering
to sell to the City , orroperty described as follows:

allowed, Motion carried by the folloz_.ng vote.
Ayes: A. Iuchessa, J.C. Hill, Geo. H. Andrews, Dick Sanders.
Noes: None, Absent: gone.
Claim against the City by the Midland Counties lAblic
Service Corporation-for the sure off 1220.33.
Hoved by Dick Sanders, seconded by Geo, H. Andrews,
that the sane be allowed for the sum of $760.63, the sane being
correct as per rate set by Ordinance No.27 ( Iiew Series)

Moved by Dick Sanders seconded by J.C. Hill that the
request of the Boardman Construction Company for the Council
to approve order made by the Commissioner of Public Works to
extend all walls in the construction of the Nipomsa Street
Bridge to a thickness of 12 inches, for the sum of Nine Hundred
( 900.00 )!Dollars in excess of thier contract.
