Application of Joe Lewis'for restaurant liquor
license read. ..Moved by J.C. Hill, seconded by
Dick Sanders that the -.ame be laid over the usual
time for investigation.
Mr. S.V. Wright appears before the Council in
behalf on Mrs. Nancy J. Abbott, protesting against
proceedings for sidewalking certain parts of Morro
Street, between Pismo and Buchon Streets, and asking
that the Paving on Morro Street be accepted by the
Council.
On motion duly seconded Council adjourns.

Application of J.G. Driscoll for building permit for shed
in Block 12, to be used as a chicken house, probable cost $ 50.00
On motion of Dick Sanders, seen nded by Geo. H. Andrews the
above permit was granted.
Application of Channel Commercial Company for permit to
construct cement sidewalk for a distance of 100 feet on Sta. Barbara
Avenue in front of Block 181, and toA ement with bitumen wearing
surface. Moved by Dick Sanders seconded by C�Ji.C:.Hil.;etaat
the same be granted. Notion carried.

take some immediate action. The matter was referred to the

Council accept the pavement on Morro Street.
The protest was.ordered placed on file and on motion of
L. F. Sinsheimer seconded by Geo. H. Andrews the matter was
postponed until some future date. blotien carried,

the Contract between the City of San Luis Obispo and E. M. Payne,
for the construction of Sewer Extension Division " F. ".

Resolution No. 42 ( New Series ) A resolution requiring
the Midland Counties Public Service Corporation to extend mains
on Dana Street to such patrons as request service therefrom up
to intersection of Clay Street with said Dana Streetq offered
and moved its
adoption by L.F. Sinsheimer seconded by Geo. H. Andrews.
