City Attorney instuaucted.to draw up ordinance , inre -soot nni-
sance. City Attorney instructed to adjust matter in re- S.P.R.R.,
and Judson Estate Taxes. Matter of Confetti vendor, license for
Fourth of July Celebration, all settled..
Mayor Stover spoke of complaints he had received of City em-
polyees not paying their bills. He stated that such conduct was most
unbecoming. Commissioner Andrews spoke of the condition of the
water troughs and hitching posts on lot on Fremont Heights, no act -_
ion taken.
Report of City Expert, J.M.Maciean on Books and Accounts of
City Officers from June 1st, 1911_to May 31st. 1915, was presented
and read by Mr McLean. It was moved by Commissiomer Andrews and
and seconded bSr Commissioner bowman that the report be accepted.
Carried.

Carried.
