A.called meeting of the City Councilwas called to order by I:Iayor Stover.
Roll Call: Present , Councilmen Dick Sanders, H.A.Gowman,L.F.Sinsheimer,Geo. H.Andrews
and mayor Stover.
The purpose of the meeting was to discuss the..advisability of appointing some one to
co6perate with the County Tax Commissioners in re assessment values of City property.
It was decided to tender this position to 1-1r. Ernest Vollmer subject to a further interview
with him as to salary, time-.,,and duties.
On motion duly seconded the meeting adjourned.

Communications received froim the City Board of 1-1ducation asking for s transfer
of N 6000.00 from the nigh School fund to the Common School Fund.
'etition of Cecil 1.1.3'mith for :';ar Veteran Exemption in the sum of 5 17.04.
On motion of :-!.A.Gor:ml�n seconded b;; L.F.Sinsheimer the above communication and petition
was referred to the Com. of Finance and I ?evenue.
On motion of Geo. H. nndre,:rs seconded by L.F.Sinsheimer the petition of John Zino
for transfer of Lodging House License to B. Bosenjak.: ;as referred to Com. Public Health
and Safety.
It was moved by u.A.Go,,;,man and seconded by Geo. H. s:ndress that the petition
of the Northrup 'state for the transfer of license to Emil Jure; and.the. applications
for license of _'.._.'.Bernard and L.Tamo for Cigar Store and :Restaurant respectively ,
be gr,.nted. Carried.
' - Building; permit of A.F.Harvey- -for repairs to building on Lot 13 Elock 115.
',food. Cost -5 750.00. It v,as moved by Geo. H. Andrews and seconded by L. „.Sinshei.mer
that the permit be granted. Carried.
