The Report of the Com. of Finance and Revenue in re the petitions of Alonzo Seeber
and C, ;:m. Smith,'+aar Veterans,f'or refunds of. Taxes and that o_' the clerical error in the
asse:.ement of E.e.Clark Were correct as stated. It was moved by L.F.Sinsheimer and
seconded by Geo. Ei. AndretWs that the refunds be allowed as per the Commissionero report.

A petition :Wes received fro, residents of the neighborhood of Alexander and
South 3road St.,for a street liEht in that district. The Com. of Public ',orks stated
that the T:lidl. -nd Counties ?ublic Service Corporation mould advise the Council in re
placinp- lig'; -that he had :spoken of the matter but the Company had been very busy on
account of the storms.
Petition of Ai.V.Costa for trensfcr of business and license to Frank Serpa and
Antonio Peixetto. On motion of Geo.H. 1:ndret,s seconded. by L :.F.Sinsheimer the above
petition was re- 'erred to the Com. of :Public ealth and Safety.

On motion of H.r.Gowman the petition of John Lino for transfer of license to
B. Bosenjak ,,as ordered granted.
i,,ir. Geo. 1.1c Cabe addressed the Board in re his petition for permit to place a
Gasoline Pump at the Curb of Sidewalk in front of his Garage. It was -moved by H.A.Gotsman
and seconded by Geo. H. Andrew..- that the petition be granted. Roll Call:
