of the Studebaker Co. for.-il 450.00 be accepted.

The Studebaker Co. Zu.aranteed the delivery of said Sprinkler in thirty
days unless prevented by fires,stri�_es or other causes UelTond their control.
3.'Il'.Clark appeared before the Board in re amount due the City of San Luis
Obispo from the Producers Transportation Company, for franchise (See Ordinance No.
158) and explF.ined at leTlr.th now they arrived at the fieures for the amount due. He
also stated that said Producers Transportation Company would .furnish the data re-
