Regular meeting City Council called to order by ir_ayor Stover.
Roll Call; Present, Commissioners Dick Sanders,T..7.Sinsheimner, Geo H. AndeeTus
and :Mayor Stover. Absent,,Com. H.A.Gowman.
The minutes of Oct., 16th,23d and 30th read and approved as. corrected.
Communication from Com. H.A.Gowman rec.uestinr, that the application of
John_ l'lillard ?ayne for a restaurant license, be granted. On motion off
Dic Sanders seconded by Geo Andre;ti-s the above mentioned license was ordered granted,
The regular monthly reports,of'.the City Treasurer and City Collector were
read and on- motion of Geo H. Andre%"s seconded by L.F.Sinsheimer the same we-e received
and filed.
A petition signer by the property owners of that r_ortion of Pismo St., situate
between .Nipomo and Broad St.. was received asking that that part of Pismo St. be
graded and gravelled On motion of Geo. H.Andreas seconded by Dick Sanders the same

Dick Sanders seconded by Geo. H. Andrews the same was referred to the Com. of Public
Health and Safety.

On motion of Dick Sanders seconded by Geo H. Andreas the netition was granted.
ilr. 1.7atthe ,s appeared before the Board to rener; his reouest that the City
give financial assistance to the San Luis Obispo band. After discussion it :-as moved
by L.F.Sinsheimer and seconded by Geo. H. Andrews that the matter be referred to the
Com . of Finance and :revenue for a report at next meeting. The motion carried.
The,dernands against ;_the City for the month of October were read .

regularly as tearrsters ;ras raised in the su.m of "" 5.00per month.
It was moved by Geo. H. Andreas and seconded by Dick Sanders that the bills
be allowed and. paid. The motion carried.
The Cit77 Attorney directed to prepare Resolution in re side Talk on Lonterey St
between Chorro and Broad Sts.
Tie :4erchandise license of F. Vaudoit was referred to the City Attorney
for collection.
