Sinsheimer, Geo. H. Andrews and Mayor Stover. Absent: H. A. Gowman, who came in after roll call. The minutes of 14ov. 6th and i;ov. 13th read and on motion of L. F. Sinsheimer seconded by Gee. H. Andrews the same were approved as corrected. The petition for transfer of license of F. A. Vaudoit to G. A. Rose was referred to Com. of Finance & Revenue on motion of Geo. H. Andrews seconded by L. F. Sinsheimer. On motion of Dick Sanders seconded by Geo. �:. Andrews, license Igo. 585, J.Csuga, vegetable peddler, was ordered cancelled. Resi�-Tnction of Geo. L. Howard, as City Collector, received and bn motion of �~ ick Sanders, seconded by Geo. H. Andrews, the same was accepted. ?pp;ications of Dr. L. T. tirade and Fred H. Lewelline, for Taxicab license re- ceived. On !notion of Dick SF.nders, seconded by L. F. Sinsheimer, the same referred to Com. of Public Health and Safety. Application of Jas. J. Morino for permission to remove a building from °lock 100 to the Bassi property in Block 30. On motion of Geo. H. Andrews seconded by Dick Sanders, the permit was granted with the understanding that the work be done under the supervision of the Street Superintendant. Idr. 11aino to repair what ever damage may be done th the street paving by the removal of said building. L. F. Sinsheimer, seconded by Geo. H. Andrews, the same was referred to the Com. of Finance and Revenue for rer-ort. On motion of G. A. Gov man, seconded by Geo. H. Andrews, the application of A. Castro for Taxicab license was granted. ?uilding permit of R. ?saver, part Lot 4 - 5 Block 170 - repairs to dwelling cost �":500.00. On motion of L. F. Sinsheimer seconded by Geo. H. Andrews, the same was granted. �u Cn motion of Dick Sanders, seconded by Geo. H. Andrews, IU ss Agnes I.I. Lee was nor,inated and unanimously elected to fill the vacancy in the o =Este of City Collector. On motion of Geo..H. Andrews, seconded by Dick Sanders, a vote of thanks was tendered L:r. Howard for his services while to the employ of the City and to wish him success in his new undertaking. The motion carried. The committee from the Council interviewed I!ir. Mathews and iLr. St.Clair in re v what City would expect from the Band for the sum of $50.00 per month. The gentlemen l� stated that they thought the band could furnish two concerts per month, for eight months in the year. That they would take up the matter with the Band and report their decision to the Council. On motion of L. F. Sinsheimer seconded by Geo. H.
