0600.00. On motion of L. F. Sinsheimer, seconded by Geo. H. Andrews, the permit was
granted.
C. A. Bundy, Lot 4 Block 123, Garage, a +ood; construction, cost $40.00. On ;notion of
H. A. Gowman, seconded by L. F. Sinsheimer, the same was granted.
G ^Joanuin Lopez, Lot 12 Block 34, Dwelling, Cost x.350.00. On motion of H. A. Gowman,
seconded by L. F. Sinsheimer the permit was granted.

On motion of Geo. H. Andrews, seconded by H. A. Gowman, the above permits were granted.
Application of the _:Iidland Co. Pub. Serv. 0orp'n for permit to open ditch on
Monterey St. betreen Chorro and I:Iorro St. for the purpose of repairing gas mains. Same
granted on motion of Geo. H. A- ndrews, seconded by L. F. Sinsheimer.
Application of Dr. L. T. ' ;.ade and Fred H. Lwelling for Taxicab license granted
on motion of H. A. Gowman, seconded by L. F. Sinsheimer. '
On motion of Geo. H. Andrews, seconded by H. A. Gowman, the petition of F. A.
vaudoit for transfer of his license to G. A. Rose was rejected.
A communication was received from a local wholesale house suggesting that this
city follow the example of certain southern cities ~.here drumc:ers representing outside
firms, are compelled to pay license to d.o business. After discussion, the City Clerk
was directed to address clerks of other cities to ascertain how the ordinance operates,
before action is tar,en here.
On motion of H. A. Gowman, seconded by L. F. Sinsheimer the commissioner of
Supplies was ordered to purchase one cony of the 1917 Automobile Register for Police Office.
Mr. Andrews drought up the matter in re sidewalks on r_iguera St. between Toro and
Santa Rosa St. City Clerk to look up minutes prior to May 15th, 1913 in regard to same.
He also spoke of sidewalk work on Garden St. between Buchon and Pizmo Sts.
The matter of installing an air pipe to be used as an Auto Supply Station on
110 _tergy St. near Iriorro, was discussed. No action. ,
On motion of H. A. Gowman seconded by L. F. Sinsheimer the meeting adjourned.
