On motion of Geo. H. Andrews seconded by L.F.Sinsheimer the applications of A.U. Simas
Mrs. M.Id.Stephens and,Frank.Hampton were.ordered held.over to the next meeting when Com.
Gowman would be present.
On motion of-Geo. H. Andrews seconded by L.F.Sinsheimer the applications.of
Domingos Rosa.- Dante Chiesa and Clara Orr werw also held over to the next meeting.
The bills for the month of March were read.
It was moved by Geo. H. Andrews and seconded by.L.F.Sinsheimer that the election
officers for the General Election and consolidated bond election held on the 2d.'of April
be- .allowed' X6.00 for'their services. The motion carried.
Claims in the sum of $ 91.50were presented by A. Carlisle & CO. for list oC articles
furnished tmthe City.-of San Luis Obispo in the-year 1913 -14 .
On motion of Geo. H. Andrews seconded by.L.F. Sinsheimer the same were referred
to the Commissioner of Finance and Revenue for investigation.
It was moved by Geo. H. Andrews and seconded by L.F.Sinsheimer that the bill of the
Lawrence Drug Co. in the sum of $ 19.00 be laid over for inves_tigatiom.
It was moved by Geo. H. Andrews and secondsd.by L.F.Sinsheimer that all other bills
be allowed except those of C.P. Hildebrand for $ 1990 and the Union Hardware and Plumbing
Co. for $ 26.75 which were held for investigation.

It was moved by L.F.Sinsheimer and seconded by Geo. H. Andrews that the City Attorney
prepare all necessary papers to present to..this Council in re submitting again to the voter -g
of..the City of San Luis Obispo a bond election for the purpose of the acquisition of the
" City Farm" property.
On motion of Geo. H. Andrews seconded by L.F.Sinsheimer the meeting adjourned to
meet as a canvasing board.for the purpose of canvasing;; the election returns.

City Council met pursuant to adjournment with Mayor Stover presiding.
ROLL CALL: Present, Commissioners L.F.Sinsheimer, Geo. H. Andrews and Mayor Stover.
Absent, Commissioners Dick Sanders and H. A. Gowman.
The City Clerk presented the Returns of the General Election and Consolidated Bond
Election and the Board proceeded to canvas the same, and the results were found to be as
follows, to wit: The respective named candidates having received a majority vote for
the respective offices to be filled.

and Amendment to Sec. 45 Article 7
„was declared carried , and the Bond for The City Farm " and the amendment to Sec. 15
and Amendment to Sec..61.:Art. 10':.of Charter
Article 3 of the City Charter in re assistance to the City Clerj&,*ere declared lost.
