Council met in adjourned session with Mayor Stover presiding.

Absent, None
Ordinance No. 65 (New Series) calling a Special Election and submitting to the
qualified voters of the City of San Luis Obispo the proposition of incurring a debt
and bonding said City for the acquisition and improvement of the "City Farm" property
was presented for final passage.
It was moved by H. A. Gowman and seconded by L. F. Sinsheimer that the Ordinance
be finally passed. ROLL CALL:

On motion of He A. Gowman seconded by L. F. Sinsheimer, the meeting adjourned

The report of the City Clerk for the month of September was received and
ordered filed on motion of L. F. Sinsheimer seconded by John Chapek.
The application of Ah Gin for permit to build a barn on Lot 6 Block 15,
wood construction, cost X200.00 was ordered granted on motion of L. F. Sinsheimer
seconded by John Chapek.
The application of the Santa Maria Gas and Power Co. for permit to open trench
on Christian Avenue between Broad and Victoria Sts. was granted upon motion of
L. F. Sinsheimer seconded by John Chapek. I
The following applications for permits for sewer connections were received:
E. D. Berry - Christian Ave. between Broad St. and Victoria St.
Jas. 111. Stairs - Santa Rosa St. between Stenner and Montalbon St.
R. E. Hoey - Garden St. between Church St. and Leff St.
Jas. Monini - Christian Ave between Broad St. and Victoria St.
