It was moved by N.A. Gowman and seconded by H.B. Kirtland that the Resolution be passed and sdopted . Co..Lr.issioner L.F. Sinsheimer moved an amendment ,which v,as seconded by ,John Che.pek , that the provision for eight per cent be stricken out and that. -six per cent be inserted.
