Stover. a Absent, H.B. Kirtland and John Chapek. The minutes of July lst and. 8th-were read and approved as read. On motion of L.F. Sinsheimer, seconded by H.A. Cowman a communication from the California Traffic.Officers Association was referred to Commissioner Gowman with power to act. A communication from the Capital Issues Committee was referred to the nest meetiig& An application was received from Domingo S. Bozo requesting a hearing in re a permit to operate an automobile passenger stage between the City of San Luis Obispo and Cambria and intermediate points._ it was moved by H.A. Gowman and seconded by L.F. Sinsheimer that Monday, July 22nd at 7 :30 P.M. .be set for the time of hearing said application provided the same is.in regular form. The application of the Santa Liaria Gas & Power :.-Company for permit to open trench on Lill Street between Santa Rosa and Torro Streets was grantee on :notion,of D L.F. Sinsheimer seconded by H.A. Gowman. The application of the Liidland Counties Public Service Corporation for permit to open trench on Higuers Street between Archer and Walker Streets.was grantee on motion of L.F. Sinsheimer seconded by H.P. Gomman with the understanding that pavement be not disturbed. The report of the City Treasurer for the month of June was received and ordered filed on motion of L.F. Sinsheimer seconded by H.A. Goviman. On motion of H.A.- Gowman seconded by L.--'. Sinsheimer the report of the Pound Iaaster for the month of June was received and ordered filed. F On motion of L.F. Sinsheimer seconded by H.A. Gowman Ordinance No. 69 ( New Series)! �fayw✓ Creating a Bonded Indebtedness and Providing for the issuance and sale of Bonds for the acquisition and improvement of property known as the " City Farm" was finally passed by the following vote: Ayes: H.A. Govyman , L.F. Sinsheimer , W.E. Stover. Noes : None. Absent : H.B. Kirtland , John Chapek. A petition was received from property owners on I:,arsh Street requesting that the proposed work of paving said street be deferred until after the czar or until such time as the Federal Government may sanction. The same was referred to the next meeting. In accordance with the call for bids for one new Ford Chassis -- ,.T. Reid proposed to furnish same for the sum of r' 475.00. 0 4 � Matter referred to th., next meeting.
