It was roved by E. A. Gowman and . seconded by n. B._ Kirtland that the two
Southern Pacific bills in the amounts of_'$2831.25 and X599.36 respectively, be re-
ferred to the City Attorney for opinion_ as to whether the spme were e legal charge
against the City
or motion of A. Gowman seconded by -?. B. Xittland all .other claims against
the city were ordered paid.
On motion of John Chapek seconded by H. ,A. Goviman, the meeting adjourned to
