It was moved by.H.B.. Kirtland and seconded by John Chapek..that the.City Engineer
furnish the City.Attorney with assessment.district, which.City.Attorney shall incorporate
in a Resolution.of Intention to Pave Marsh.Streetand present same at the nest meeting.
The motion carried and.it_ was so ordered.
