Application received from Union Oil Co., for permit to recess curb of sidewalk on Higuera Street and Idipomo Street , making Oil Filling Station accessible to automobiles, also requesting permit for Sewer connection for said Filling Station. On motion of H.A. Gowman seconded by John Chapek the application w� granted. The commissioner of Public,Worke and Commissioner of Public Eealth and Safety were to inspect the construction of the Filling Station.( Permit for which was granted at a recent meeting of the Board ) to ascertain if same were being constructed in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance governing the ccnettuction of buildings in the Fire Limits. The reports of the City Clerk and City Treasurer for the month of Hajr were received and ordered filed on motion of H.B. Kirtland seconded by James Piper. A petition was received from Mrs. Ia.I:n. Stephens requesting transfer of her license s for Restaurant, Restaurant Liquor and Lodging House to Joseph Morales. On motion of H.B. K'irtla.nd seconded by John Chapek the same was referred to Commissioner of Public Health and Safety for investigation and report. The application of Frank Serpa for a Restaurant and Restaurant Liquor license , which were referred at a previous meeting, were again taken up. - It was moved by H.A. Gowman and seeonded by Ja*_^.es Piper that the application for Restaurant license be granted. It was moved by H.w. r,ollrmian. and seconded by H.B. Wirtland that the application for Restaurant Liquor license be filed. The hearing of applications of Joe Genardini and Gdm. B. 7hiteside for permit to operate motor freight and passenger lines over -vlie streets of the City of ._ San Luis Obispo and the public Highways which was continued from June 2d was taken up. Resolution Ido. 119 ( New Series ) granting to Joe Genardini permit to operate Auto Truck for the transportation of Freight.between the torn of Morro and the City of San Luis Obispo, in accordance with the permit governing the same, was ntroduced and adopted on motion of H.A.
