Chief of Police .Cook reported that he had found no violations of the

Ordinance relative to the storage of Gasoline and explosives vithin the City limits;
that his investigations had afforded excellent o�Dportunity to visit black yards ,
butcher shops, groceries , etc., and that he had found sanitary conditions 'ood
and improving.
In re a certain contract with Er. Ullom at the Sewer Farm on motion of
3.3. %irtlaad seconded by James Pipmr the matter was left to the Commissioner of
Public Iorks with rowrer to act.
