On motion of James Piper seconded by John Chapek claims against the City for
the month of August were ordered paid.
The minutes ofi, he Board of Equalization of Aug.25th . 26th. 27th and 28th, were
_ read and on motion of H.B. Kirtland seconded by John Chapek were approved as corrected.
On motion of H.B. Kirtland seconded-by James Piper the meeting adjourned to

The minutes of Sept. 2d & 8th were read and approved as read on motion of
James Piper seconded by John Chapek.
The following applications for permit to build were received and ordered granted
on motion of Jame® Piper seconded by H.B. Kirtland.

The request of James J. Maino for permit to remove a building from the corner of
Pismo and Essex Street to the corner of King and Sandercook Street was granted on motion
' of John Chapek seconded by H.B. Kirtland.
On motion of H.B. Kirtland seconded by John Chapek , A.V. Cline was granted
permission to lay 50 ft of cement Park sidewalk on the south side of Pismo St.between
Torro and Essek St.,Lot 7 Block 18 Central Addn.
