On motion of James Piper seconded by H.B. Kirtland the meeting adjourned to
Thursday Jan. 22d at 7:30 P.M.

Communication from Mrs. J. Reidy protesting against the annoyance caused
by a certain neighbor using a RRegaphone durin�'..the night to:- 'soli-aitrtrade for
restaurant , and asking that the Council effect some relief. On motion of
H.B. Kirtland seconded by James Piper the matter was referred to the Police Depart-
ment.
