Sinsheimer. ' Absent, John Chapek. The minutes of May jd and 10th were read and approved as read. The fol"ioving a- nlicaticns for permit to build Jere granted on notion of H.B. Go'+ mar_ seconded by H.B. Virtland. The application of E.L. Barr for license for Taxicab was referred to Commissioner Gowman on Wotion of H.B. uirtland seconded by James Piper. The petition of C.A.Clark for transfer of license for Cigar Store to Paul A. Negrich was also ordered to take jj the same course. l A petition by property owners requesting that Street -work be done on Chorro � L t Street between Iiontsrey and Sycarore Streets was referred to the Commissioner of + Public Works on motion of H.B. Kirtland seconded by H.A. Go'rry;an. A bond in the amount of $ 200.00 was filed by the San Luis Cooperative Association and accepted by the Council cn motion of H.A. Gorman seconded by Ii. B. Kirtland. On motion of H.A. Gowma.n seconded by H.B. Kirtland the application of Hrs. W.H. i:.Iills for reru,it to conduct a restaurant at 1n19 Osos Street was granted. e3 Ordinance X0. 77 Series -,.:An Ordinance transferring ca ain parts of certain streets in the City of §an Luis Obispo to the County of San Luis Obispo for r certain purposes was finally passed on ir.otion of H.B. Xirtland seconded by H.A. Cowman by l the following vote: Aves: H.E. Kirtland , H.A. Go,airan , James Piper , L.F. Sinsheimer. Noes None Absent : John Chapek. On motion of James Piper seconded by r.B. Kirtland the claim of John Lamas in the amoizit of $ ; 10.00 was ordered paid. On motion of H.A. Gowman seconded by H.B. Virtland the meeting adjourned.
