City Hall, '-Konday, July 6th 1920- 7:30
City Council met in regular session, Mayor L.F. Sinsheimer presiding.
Present , H.A. Go•,�man, James Piper, John Chapek, L.F. Sinsheimer.
Absent , H.B. Kirtland.
The minutes of June 21st and 29th were read and on motion of James Piper
seconded by John Chapek were-approved as read.
On motion of r.A.- Gcaman seconded by John Chapek a communication from the
City Board of Education requesting a transfer of Funds , was referred to the Commissioner
of Finance and Revenue.
The following applications for permit to build sere.ordered granted on motion of
John Chapek seconded by James Piper:
