City Council met in srecia.l session for the purpose of transacting such business as properly came before it. Mayor L.F. Sinsheimer presided. The matter of the temporary salary of !-,-borers -aas discussed and referred to the Commissioner of Public Taorks with po'9er to act. It was reeved by James Piper seconded by John Chapek and carried that j 250.00 be transferred from the Water Fund to the Mayor's Fund. On motion of.T.A. Gc::rran seconded by John Chapek it .7as ordered that 250.00 be transferred from the rater Fund to the General Funs the same having been used by the Uayor for %rater purposes. On motion or j7. A.
