QOn motion of H.A.Gorrman, seconded by John Chapek, the following resolution was unanimously adopted : It appearing that lot 2 of Block B. of Maymont Addition to the City of San Luis Obispo has been sold for delinquent taxes of said City levied thereon for the years 1906 - _ 19072 1907 -1905, 1908 -1909, 1909 -1910; 1910 -1911; 1911 -1912, 1912 -1913, 1913 -1914, 1914 - 19151 1915 -19162 1916 -1917, 1917 -1915, 1915 -1919; and, V 1 Whereas, said lo, was during all of said time the property of the State of California, and the City Attorney has advised the cancellation of each of said sales Resolved that all of said sales and eaci; thereof be and the same are and each thereof is hereby cancelled and annulled, and the City Clerk is directed to make the proper entry of such cancellation in accordance .7ith law.
