On motion of H.A.Gowman seconded by James Piper, Lewis & Mesquit se re granted license
for Pool Table.
The report of the City Treasurer for the Month of January was received and ordered
filed, on motion of H.A.Gowman seconder: by John Chapek.
Labor bills were ordered paid on Motion of John Chapek seconded by James Piper.
On Motion of H.A.Gowman seconded by John Chapek, S.Zegar was granted license for
Taxicab.
Certain claims ,of the Union Oil Co. against the City of San Luis Obispowhich were
referred to the City Attorney were on report of the'City Attorney, ordered paid, on motion
of John Chapek seconded by James Piper.
On motion of John Chapek seconded by James Piper the mayor & City Clerk were
v __authorized to execute an agreement with Viggo Hansen in re Water Rights--at Laguna.

On motion of H.A.Gowman, seconded by John Chapek the meeting adjourned to Monday,
February, 29th. at 7:3C P.M.
