^�"T.C. Long be increased to $ 170.00 per month, with the understanding that he remain for the
year; the same to become effective June let 1921. Motion carried and so ordered.
It was moved by Geo. W. Kilbern and seconded by W.B. Martin that the Commissioner of
Public Works be allowed $ 1200 or $ 1400 to deepen the City Well at Garden and Pismo Streets.
The motion was ruled out of order.
It was moved by James Piper , seconded by W.B. Martin and carried, that the
Womans Civic Club be permitted to place a pipe in gutter.along curb on Toro Street at drive-.7ay.
In re deepening City Well at Garden and Pismo Streets it was moved by Geo. W. Kilbern

same not to exceed 75 feet in depth. Motion carried.
