Claims against the City for the month of September were ordered paid on
motion of James Piper seconded.by Geo. W. Kilbern.
The claim of S.J. Lowe in the amount of $ 119.00 , ordered paid on motion of
James Piper seconded by Geo.. W. Kilbern.
Itiwas moved by James Piper and seconded by Geo. W. Kilbern that the services of
Peter Banks ( employed to patrol irrigation ) be discontinued. The motion carried.
It was moved by James Piper seconded by Geo. W. Kilbern and carried that $ 500.00
be set aside for the Mayor's Fund.
On motion of James Piper seconded by " -Geo. W. Kilbern the meeting adjourned to
Monday October 10th . at 7:30 P.M.

Noes : None.
