Application of Mary U. Bettencourt for license for Boarding House ::was
granted on motion of H.A. Gowman seconded by V.B. Martin
In re matter of installation of Hydrant at corner Marsh and Moro Streets:
It was moved by H. A. Gowman seconded by ti. B. yiart in and carried. that such Hydrant- _ be- _, in-
stalled -- the Type and purchase to be left to the Commissioner of Public Health and Safety)
and the Commissioner of Supplies respectively.
The matter of amending the "Fire Limits Ordinance " was brought up and the
city Attorney instructed to draft amends -ent.
Claims against the City for the month of Jamuary were ordered paid on motion
of James Piper seconded by Geo. W. Kilbern.
On motion of H.A. Gowman seconded by James Piper the meeting adjourned to
Monday , February, 13th at 7-:30 P -M-
Ayes : W.B. Martin , H.A. Gowman , Gee. W. Kilbern, James Piper , L.F. Sinsheimer.
Noes : None.
Absent None.
