The application of Chesa Bell for license for.Cigars Sideline was rejected
on motion of H.A. Gowman seconded by W.B. Martin.
On motion of James Piper seconded by H.A. Gowman claims against.the City for
the month of April were ordered paid..
On motion of H.A. Ga.vman seconded byJames Piper the meeting adjourned to
May Sth., at 7:30 P.M.

Palm Street, subject to the approval of the City Engineer.
Application of the Pacific Telephone and Telegraph Company for permit to
set a pole at High and Cypress Street granted on motion of James Piper seconded by
W.B. Martin.
