City Hall, Monday , November 13th 1922 - 7:30 P.M.

City Council met in adjourned session - Mayor L.P'. Sinsheimer presiding.
Present : W.B. Martin, Geo. W. Kilbern, James Piper , L.F. Sinsheimer.
Absent : H.A. Gowman.
The following applications for permit to build were granted on motion of
James Piper seconded by Geo. W. Kilbern :

The application of A. Paiarold..for permit to change the position of a
building on lot 3 Block 19 was granted on motion of Geo. W. Kilbern seconded by
James Piper.
The application. of Joe Milani for license for restaurant at 1235 Monterey
Street was referred to the Commissioner of Public Health and Safety on motion of
Geo. W. Kilbern seconded by J3,:6es Piper.
The anplication of Joseph Rusca for permit to emnneet with the City Setiver
on Higuera Street between French and South Street was granted on motion of W.B. Martin
seconded by Geo. W. Kilbern , with the provision that the Ordinance relative thereto be
fully complied with.
The application of the Midland Counties Public Service Corporation for
permit to set 2 poles and one anchor on Higuera Street north of Grove Street was granted
on motion of Geo. W. Kilbern seconded by W.B. Martin.
A communication from Golden State Chapter No. 13 Disabled American Veteran
of the world war was received, requesting that the said organization be permitted to use
the Council Chamber on the second and fourth Thursdays of each month ae:.a meeting place.
The request was granted , on motion of James Piper seconded by W.B. Martin , same to cont
at the pleasure of the Council.
On motion of W.B. N+;artin seconded by Geo. W. Kilbern the following license
were ordered cancelled :
